In accordance with the City of Toronto and Toronto Public Health guidelines we will be implementing new practices and procedures to help keep us safe at all times. In addition, some policies have been adjusted at this time to accommodate for the changes in the delivery of services.

We have implemented appropriate policies and procedures and infection prevention and control measures

to protect employees and customers against COVID-19:

• MUST use a mask during your entire appointment. (Please do not inquire about services, if you have any

health concerns that do not allow you to wear your mask for long periods of time)

• Temperature check & and sanitizer application upon entry

• COVID-19 Consent Forms: everyone will be asked to sign a consent form, which outlines the terms of 

our restrictions during the pandemic​

• Those who have traveled, been in contact with someone who has traveled, has a cough/fever

 in the last 14 days please refrain from making future appointments, in order to keep a safe & healthy environment 

• 15-20 minutes in between every client to allow for proper sterilization of tools after every use

• All staff are required to wash their hands & area in between every client to eliminate chances for spreading

• Enforcing a strict NO GUEST policy. If you do not have an appointment you cannot join a friend/relative who has an appointment
